Studied at the Royal Academy of Music in Copenhagen. Finished her music diploma exam in 1991 and soloist diploma in 1994.
 
Further studies at the Conservatoire de Musique de Gèneve with Thomas Friedli and was awarded the Premier Prix.
 
Works now as a freelance musician in Copenhagen and is also a member of Ensemble ATHELAS - Sinfonietta Copenhagen and Figura.
